Service and Support

Every product comes with one year of basic service. This includes online support, bug fixes, five hours of online training with one of our engineers, access to the Greensea Knowledge Base, and more.

Additional support you can count on includes:

  •     Complimentary telephone support for installation, launch, or reinstallation (not including data recovery) for software.
  •     Complimentary telephone support for basic setup, installation, assembly, and connectivity/integration of hardware.
  •     A one-year limited hardware warranty.

Most Greensea products come pre-registered. All products must be registered to access service and support plans. If you have questions about your registration, just contact us at support@greensea.com.

Hands-On Training

If you prefer to have your training in person, consider a full-day training session with one of Greensea's engineers.  Your day will start with land-based training to learn the “why's” and “how's” behind the technology. With a deeper understanding of the product and its capabilities, you'll move off-shore to put your newfound knowledge to work. Training can be tailored to specific applications and is available at Greensea's facilities in Richmond, Vermont or at your business's facilities.
